How it works

Set up in minutes. Then ten minutes a morning.

Fairhands is one assistant that knows your business. It prepares the work while you sleep and asks before anything goes out.

Getting started

Three steps, all from your phone

  1. 1

    Find your business

Sign in with Google and type your business name. Fairhands finds your public Google listing, website and Facebook page, and you tap “Yes, that’s us”. No listing? Paste your website or Facebook link instead.

  2. 2

    See what it would do

Before asking for any access, Fairhands drafts replies to your latest Google reviews and this week’s posts with your own photos, next to a profile of your business you can fix in plain words.

  3. 3

Connect what you want help with

Connect Google to post. Gmail, Facebook and Instagram come one at a time, each with a one-line explanation, only when you turn on that help. If someone else does your socials, send them a setup link.

Every day

A daily loop that takes about ten minutes

  1. Overnight

New reviews, comments and email are read and answered as drafts, in your voice. Next week’s posts are planned with your photos.

  2. Your morning briefing

Today lists what needs you first, with a rough time, then what’s drafted, what got done and anything that didn’t go out. The same briefing comes by email, and you can approve from it.

  3. Approve, change or skip

Approve with one tap, or tap Change it and say what to fix: “shorter”, “mention the Sunday hours”. Approved work goes out after a few seconds to undo.

  4. Pause any time

One button stops all drafting and sending until you resume. Nothing is lost: your drafts come back.

Over time

Correct it once. It remembers.

Tell Fairhands what it got wrong, in your own words: “we close at 4 on Sundays”, “always sign off as Maria”, “never post about the parking”. It keeps those in its memory, and you can see and edit everything it knows in Settings.

Everything it did is on record in History. Ask in plain words, like “what did we post last Halloween?”, and get the answer, a table or a chart.

Our promises

What Fairhands will never do

  • Send, post or reply without your approval.
  • Quote prices or discounts you haven’t listed.
  • Use AI-generated images unless you turn them on.
  • Follow instructions written in an email, review or comment. Those are information, never orders.
  • Ask for access before you need it.
